In 2023, Justin founded River Brook Realty, LLC, where he brings his expertise and personalized approach to real estate transactions.

Born and raised in LaRue County, Justin has deep roots in the community and a strong understanding of the local market. With 27 years of service as an elementary school educator in Nelson and Larue counties, Nancy is no stranger to hard work and dedication and is ready to take this straight into the real estate market! From her tenure as an educator, Nancy supports her career in real estate with her strong work ethic and morals and integrity. She sets high standards in both her career and personal life and believes in creating relationships that last beyond listings, showings and closings. Outside of work, Nancy enjoys playing with her four dogs – three labs and a Westie/ Scottie mix – crafting, gardening and spending quality time with family and friends.

A 2022 graduate of Bellarmine University, Presley not only excelled academically, earning a degree in Communication & Marketing, but also made a mark on the basketball court, playing four years for the Knights. Her experience in both sports and academics has given her a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a knack for building meaningful connections—skills that will serve her well in real estate.
